CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Organic Product Delivery (Valid for orders placed and delivered within India) by Moza Organic:
If you wish to cancel your order or any item(s) before shipment, please contact our customer support team at mozaorganic@gmail.com or call us at +91 9539008739 (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday, 10 AM to 7PM).
For cancellations made prior to shipment, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of processing the cancellation request.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method used within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned products for credit/debit card, net banking payments, while cash on delivery refunds will be made via bank transfer within the same timeframe.
Please note that if discount vouchers or loyalty points were applied during the payment, they will be considered as used and non-refundable in case of order cancellation. Loyalty points redeemed for the cancelled order will be credited back to your account. Furthermore, we offer the convenience of refunding through Moza Organic coupons, which can be utilized for future purchases.
