RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Moza Organic, we strive to provide you with the best organic products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or call us at +91 9539008739 (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM) within 7 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in returning the product and provide a replacement or a full refund.
In case you wish to return a product due to reasons other than damage or defect, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Once the returned product is received and inspected at our end, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days. If you made the payment via cash on delivery, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount using the provided bank details.
Please note that perishable items, such as fresh produce, cannot be returned due to their nature. However, if you receive a damaged or spoiled perishable product, please contact us immediately for assistance.
